Ethiopia, the OG of coffee. Natural processed coffees have always been a favorite of our, so when it came time to add one to our lineup, we chose veery carefully. We really enjoy the brightness and balance of this coffee. It finishes very clean a smooth as well. We like this coffee best on pour over; whether it be a V60 or Chemex. And like all our coffees, it's good on drip.
