Description
When developing our coffee lineup, the "Dark Roast" spot brought up much debate. How can we create a coffee that our dark roast die hards will enjoy, but without burning the bean? We sent about on a journey of roasting and tasting until we were sure we had something good. Alas, our Sumatra was complete. A full bodied coffee without the bitterness. A clean cup without the taste of smoke and char. Brewed best in a french press but can also be easily enjoyed as a drip.
