When the reality of roasting first materialized, we knew exactly which coffee we were adding first. The experiences that were had and the friends that were made in March 2020 left a huge impact on us. We needed to support Los Volcanes, an export processing mill in Antigua, Guatemala. The coffee, the views, and the people were everything we stand for and the decision to carry this coffee was easy. This coffee embodies the traditional Guatemala profile with pleasant acidity, medium body, good balance, and sweetness. We like this coffee most on drip, pour over, and cold brew.
